Before the meetup
Back up to iCloud or a computer, sign out of your Apple ID so Find My is turned off, then erase the iPad from Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPad. We can't buy an iPad that is still linked to an Apple ID.

Protecting your privacy before you sell
Your data is yours, so please clear it before we meet. Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of your accounts (Apple ID, PlayStation Network, Microsoft or Nintendo) so the device isn't locked to you, then use the device's own reset option to erase it. Remove SIM cards and memory cards too. If you get stuck, give us a call and we'll point you to the right setting.
