About Vilicus Electronics

Selling a used phone online usually means lowball offers, no-shows and a lot of back-and-forth. We started Vilicus Electronics to make it simple: one call or text, a transparent offer, and a meetup where you get paid on the spot.

We serve all of Toronto and the GTA, and we'll travel up to about an hour and a half out — Barrie, Caledon, Hamilton and everywhere in between. Every device we buy gets a second life with a new owner, which keeps good electronics out of landfill.

How we price your device

Our offers are based on what a device realistically resells for, adjusted for model, storage, condition, battery health and what's included. If something changes the number when we meet, we'll show you why.

Protecting your privacy before you sell

Your data is yours, so please clear it before we meet. Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of your accounts (Apple ID, PlayStation Network, Microsoft or Nintendo) so the device isn't locked to you, then use the device's own reset option to erase it. Remove SIM cards and memory cards too. If you get stuck, give us a call and we'll point you to the right setting.
