Frequently asked questions
Is the estimate a guaranteed offer?
No. It's an estimate based on what we've recently paid for the same model. The actual price is set once we've seen and tested your device in person, and it can be higher or lower.
How is the estimate worked out?
We look at the most recent devices of the same model and storage that we've bought, then adjust for the condition you describe and the battery health.
What happens after I leave my info?
We'll text or call you to confirm the details and set up a quick meetup. You get paid in cash on the spot once we've checked the device together.
Rather talk to a person?
Call or text 647-888-4819 with your device and condition. We'll give you an honest number.
